We can also advise you on refinancing and securing the positions of group companies.

We realize that it is not always possible to reach an agreement about everything. So in addition to our advisory capacity, we also litigate in all Dutch courts, the Netherlands Enterprise Court (“Ondernemingskamer”) and arbitration institutions on all types of disputes that an entrepreneur may encounter.
