Customs law

Within the EU, the Union Customs Code (UCC) and its implementing regulations apply. We deal with matters such as classification of goods in the correct classes of the nomenclature, disputes on import duties, excise duties, fiscal representation, customs authorisations (such as Excise Warehousing, Customs Warehousing and Authorised Economic Operator (AEO), Anti-Piracy Regulation (APV) and customs document settlement. We act for a variety of parties, such as manufacturers, wholesalers and logistics service providers. We operate within the Netherlands and beyond. We have a large network of customs specialists abroad at our disposal.
